Frequently Asked Questions

Yep! If you're not happy with our work, just let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to fix it—no charge. We want your yard spotless, not "good enough".
-
For your first service, we ask that you keep your dogs inside—just so everyone stays safe and comfortable while we get to know each other.
Once your pup knows us (usually after 1-2 visits), most dogs are totally fine being outside while we work. We're quick (10-15 minutes) and we bring treats (with your permission).
If your dog is nervous, territorial, or protective, it's best to keep them inside every time—no stress for them, no worries for you.
Don't want to be home? No problem. Just let us know your dog's temperament and how to access your yard (gate code, side gate, etc.). We'll work around your schedule.

Safety first—for us and your pup. If your dog doesn't do well with strangers, just keep them inside while we work. We're fast (10-15 minutes) and we'll text you when we're done so you can let them back out.

Super simple:
We show up on your scheduled day
We'll text you 1 hour before we arrive
We scoop the poop, rinse the area, and spray a grass-safe deodorizer
We haul everything away (nothing left in your bin)
You get a text when we're done
That's it. You don't even need to be home.

It depends on your yard size and how many dogs you have. Here's the rough breakdown:
Small yards (1-2 dogs): $20-30/week
Medium yards (2-3 dogs): $30-40/week
Large yards (3+ dogs): $45+/week
One-time cleanups are also available (great for parties or spring cleaning).

Nope! Most of our customers aren't home when we service their yards. Just let us know how to access your yard (gate code, side gate, etc.) and we'll handle the rest. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're done.

Yes! We haul all the waste away with us and dispose of it properly in council dog waste bins. You'll never have bags sitting by your bin or stinking up your rubbish.
Some companies might leave bagged waste for you to deal with—we don't do that. Everything goes with us when we leave. Free of charge!
-
It depends on the company. Some only focus on the backyard, while others charge extra for front yards, side areas, or garden beds.
At Payload Pickup, we clean anywhere your dog does their business—front yard, backyard, side gates, garden beds, dog runs, you name it. One price covers your entire property (within reason).
If there's a specific area you want us to avoid or focus on, just let us know in your quote form or mention it during our first visit.
